Katon asked me to come to the Knitting Factory
and film Hirax this February. A roaring show
that headlined Destuction from Germany.
NO VIDEO @ Knitting Factory but KATON
pulled the strings and with JME helping me,
we were treated like kings. ∆clic4vid∆
With lotz of comm'l crazyiness about who
can do this or that, I must say to everyone,
Katon said we could present our film to the fans.

• ADZ play with DERBY DOLLS
Went to see the ADz playing in Little Tokyo at the
L.A. DERBY DOLLS Roller Derby League. Great time
with all the roller derby girls challenging each other,
the Fight Crew who won against the Tough Cookies.

24 Long Lost Angeles Years Ago...

Gary GOLDENVOICE Tovar threw a
Lee Ving FEAR party at the Olympic Auditorium
- were you there?

It was 1983; I was a naive college cable radio DJ,
chock full o' confidence and professionalism.
Everyone I had interviewed, from Vanilla Fudge to
Motley Crue were just the nicest of people!

I was completely un-corrupted...
Was, That Is, Until that fateful night
when I first met and interviewed Lee Ving:

[kiki] How do you think the rumor was started?

[lee] On account of we are out of BEER!

And the interview is over until we get more BEER!

So, everybody, fuck you! We are just kidding!

We just want to be your friends!That's all! Fuck you!

We all wanna be your friends!

LA PRODUCER, BRENDAN MULLEN,

hanging out in the corner, SAID: "

I have known Lee for 7 years,

and have found him a gentleman and an artist.

And also an expert on exotic Scotches! Which is how

he first bribed me into giving him his first gig as FEAR.

It was the only corrupt act I ever did! I was never bought

with sex or drugs, but Lee did it with class!
